Jeff is such a cool dude! And, he showed up on time & did the work under budget! He is a neighborhood kind of a guy, you can tell he cares. Service Performed: Troubleshooting electronic lock on front door
Review: Jeff came out when the Schlage electronic deadbolt on our front door was acting up. At his request, I texted pictures of the lock unit. He texted me again when he was en route and showed up exactly when promised. Jeff diagnosed the issue right away and fixed it – he also fixed the strike plate which apparently had not been installed properly three years ago. I would absolutely hire Jeff again, and encourage you to do the same.
